Our target
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a certification or claim of full conformance. A technical review on 24 October 2026 covered page structure, labelled controls, basic mobile reflow, selected color pairs, keyboard tabs, contact-dialog behavior and form errors. A supplemental manual review on 2 November 2026 checked the skip link; B2B/B2C state changes; lifecycle tab keyboard operation; contact-dialog opening, Tab focus containment and Escape dismissal with focus return; required-field error links; FAQ expansion; and descriptive video controls. These bounded checks are not an independent certification or an exhaustive conformance evaluation.

Known limitations
Captions, transcripts and audio descriptions for the historical channel videos have not been fully verified. Embedded third-party players may have additional limitations. Actual NVDA/VoiceOver use, 200%/400% zoom, 320 CSS-pixel reflow, text-spacing overrides, cross-browser coverage and all media alternatives still need human verification. The enquiry form opens an editable WhatsApp draft. A live status message explains that you must review the draft and press Send in WhatsApp; a direct WhatsApp link and email address are also available as alternatives.
